Promote a weight-loss program you can stand behind.
We work with a small number of hand-picked creators, publishers and clinics. Every ad is checked before it runs, so your name never ends up next to a fake doctor or a made-up result.
How it works
Apply
Tell us about your audience. We review every application by hand and only invite partners whose audience and style fit.
Get your portal
Approved partners get a private portal, a tracking link, and a library of ads that are already approved to run.
Submit every ad
Write your own or adapt ours. Upload it and get a decision in minutes: approved, approved with specific changes, or declined with the reason.
Run approved ads only
Only the exact approved version may run. How and when you get paid is in the partner terms.
The rules every ad follows
These protect patients first. They also keep your ad account healthy: ads that break them get rejected by Meta and Google anyway.
Never say or imply the medication is FDA-approved, FDA-evaluated, 'FDA-registered' as an endorsement, or the same as a brand-name drug. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
Do not use Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus or Saxenda to describe what Fairline provides, and never 'generic Ozempic'. Say 'compounded semaglutide' or 'compounded tirzepatide'.
Any ad that mentions semaglutide, tirzepatide, GLP-1 medication or a price must include: "Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Prescription required; a licensed provider decides if treatment is right for you. Individual results vary."
Every affiliate ad must clearly disclose the paid relationship in the primary text, e.g. "Paid partner of Fairline Health." or "#ad" at the start.
No fake, AI-generated or actor doctors, nurses or 'experts'; no white coats, stethoscopes or medical titles unless the person is a licensed provider Fairline has approved in writing. No AI-generated or stock 'patients' presented as real.
Testimonials and 'I tried it' stories must come from real, verified Fairline patients with written consent and a 'results vary' line. Pre-launch, no patient stories at all.
No before-and-after photos, side-by-side body comparisons, or images that zoom on body parts. Meta bans these for weight loss.
No specific weight-loss numbers or timelines ('lose 30 lbs in 8 weeks'), no guarantees, no 'works for everyone', no 'no side effects', no 'effortless'. You may say treatment is a prescription medication reviewed by a licensed provider.
No advertorials pretending to be a news site or review site (e.g. 'Yahoo Life', 'Health News'), no 'we ranked the top 5' unless it's a real, disclosed affiliate comparison, no unearned media or award logos, no '#1', 'best' or 'top-rated' claims.
Prices must match exactly: Compounded semaglutide weekly injection: $179 first month, then $299/month at any dose. Supplies and shipping included. Compounded semaglutide daily dissolvable tablet: $249 first month, then $299/month at any dose. Compounded tirzepatide weekly injection: $279 first month, then $399/month for 2.5–7.5 mg or $499/month for 10–15 mg. If a provider decides treatment isn't right for the patient, the first payment is refunded in full automatically. Cancel any time online; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No teaser prices, fake discounts, countdown timers or 'limited spots'.
Do not assert or imply the viewer's weight, health condition or body ('Are you overweight?', 'Your belly fat', 'You're obese'). Talk about the program, not the viewer's body. No body-shaming or negative self-image.
Never say no prescription, no doctor or guaranteed approval. A provider decides; many people won't qualify.
Do not mention Florida or any single state.
Must link to fairlinehealth.com (or joinfairline.com) with the affiliate's ?ref= tracking code. No pre-landers or third-party pages.
Don't downplay side effects or suggest use for anything but weight management under a provider's care. No targeting or imagery of anyone under 18.
