Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective November 5, 2026 · Fairline Health LLC, West Palm Beach, Florida
Draft. This document is under review by our healthcare attorney and will be finalized before we accept our first patient. Nothing here is a substitute for that review.
Two promises, in writing. If a provider doesn't approve you, you pay nothing. If you want to stop, it's one click.
1. If you aren't approved
If a licensed provider decides treatment isn't right for you, we refund your first-month payment in full, automatically, on the day of the decision. You don't need to ask. It appears on your card within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
2. Cancelling
Cancel any time with the Cancel button in your portal. Your plan ends at the end of the month you've already paid for, and you aren't charged again. No phone call, no notice period, no waiting for a reply. If you prefer, email care@fairlinehealth.com and we'll cancel for you the same business day.
3. After medication ships
Medication that has shipped can't be returned or refunded; compounded medication is made for you and can't be redispensed, and the law doesn't allow us to take it back. If a shipment arrives damaged, warm, or not at all, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
4. Monthly renewals
A renewal is charged only after you've completed your monthly check-in and your provider has authorized the refill. If you cancel before that happens, there's nothing to refund. If a renewal is charged by mistake and nothing has shipped, we refund it in full.
5. Video visits and messaging
These are included in your monthly price and aren't billed separately, so there's nothing to refund.
6. Disputes
If something's wrong, email us first. We answer within four hours on weekdays and will fix it faster than a chargeback will.
