Privacy Policy
Effective November 5, 2026 · Fairline Health LLC, West Palm Beach, Florida
Draft. This document is under review by our healthcare attorney and will be finalized before we accept our first patient. Nothing here is a substitute for that review.
This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and your rights. The short version: we collect what's needed to provide your care and bill you, we share it only with the people who provide that care, and we never sell it.
1. What we collect
Health information you provide in the assessment and check-ins, and the records created by your provider and pharmacy. Identity and contact information: name, date of birth, address, email, phone, and a photo ID. Payment information is collected by our payment processor, Stripe; we never store card numbers. Usage information about how you use the site, collected with standard web logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
2. How we use it
To deliver your care, fill and ship your prescription, bill you, support you, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not use your health information for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Your providers through [MEDICAL GROUP NAME]; Olympia Pharmacy; our payment processor (Stripe); our video-visit provider (Daily); our email provider (Resend); our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase). Each of these handles your information under a written agreement, including a HIPAA business associate agreement where one applies. We share information with law enforcement or regulators only when the law requires it.
4. What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. We don't place advertising trackers on pages that handle health information.
5. Your rights
You can see a copy of your record, ask us to correct it, ask for an accounting of who we've shared it with, and ask us to delete your account. Email privacy@fairlinehealth.com. We respond within 30 days. Our Notice of Privacy Practices, which HIPAA requires, is provided to you in the portal when a provider accepts your case.
6. Security
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside Fairline is limited to the people who need it to serve you, and every access to a patient record is logged.
7. Retention
We keep medical records for the period Florida law requires (currently five years from the last visit for most records) and billing records for seven years. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Children
Our service is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
9. Changes
We'll post updates here with a new effective date and email you about material changes.
